I appreciate that you provide a photo review step after manufacturing and before shipment. However, in its current form, the review is limited to a single photo, and that is often not sufficient to detect legend alignment issues accurately.
For example, when checking whether printed legends are consistently positioned across keys, customers need to be able to verify that:
the horizontal and vertical placement of each legend is aligned correctly,
legends in the same row share a consistent baseline,
secondary legends are also positioned consistently,
and any deviation can be judged against a precise visual reference.
With the current review photo format, it is very difficult to evaluate this reliably. A single overview image without a precise reference does not provide enough information to catch placement errors before shipment.
I would like to request improvements such as:
taken with the keycaps placed in a positioning fixture or inspection jig that physically controls their position
a visible alignment reference such as a measurement grid, ruler, or guide lines,
and, if possible, closer photos of each row or section for more accurate inspection.
I believe these changes would make the review process much more meaningful and would help prevent avoidable remake or replacement cases caused by legend placement issues that are difficult to identify from the current review image.
